These experiences have given me a well-rounded view of how schools run and how each role plays a part in supporting students. While I’ve always loved the energy of the classroom, I also find real purpose in the behind-the-scenes work that helps schools and communities thrive. Working in school finance allows me to stay connected to education while contributing in a meaningful, practical way.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, fitness (I’m an Orange Theory enthusiast), music, reading, and keeping up with the latest in streaming and podcasts. You’ll often find me walking around Davidson, listening to an audiobook or podcast. I also love spending time with my husband, Dan, and our son Jack, who is studying business at UNC-Charlotte.
