Academics

Reading, Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies will be part of the Lower School curriculum and will be based on the Core Knowledge topics as specified in the Sequence and aligned with state standards. Visual Arts, Music, Physical Education and Spanish will be implemented beginning in Kindergarten.

Technology education and computer use will complement the Lower School curriculum with a focus on technology as an exploratory tool that supplements core skills. Pine Lake Preparatory Service Learning Initiatives will begin in the Lower School as students participate in Service Initiative’s by class and/or grade level.
