Register for the event (due by 1/27)

This event is free, but registration is required to help us with the logistics!

Purchase Brunch or Lunch (pre-order only by 1/27)

Boxed Brunch and Lunch options are available for PRE-ORDER ONLY FOR ADULTS GUESTS that are attending both sessions.  All adult orders for the brunch/lunch options, will be delivered to the Hospitality Suite.  School hot lunches are not available on this day (2/14), so be sure to pack a lunch and send in with your student that day.  

Brunch/ Lunch Options* include: 

  • Brunch – Spinach Quiche, muffin, seasonal fruit and a drink - $10
  • Lunch option # 1 – Chicken Salad Wrap, pasta salad, chips and drink - $10
  • Lunch option #2 – Veggie Wrap (sautéed red, yellow, and orange pepper, red onion, squash, zucchini with balsamic drizzle), pasta salad, chips and drink - $10

* all items are nut-free, but made in a facility with nuts

 

Purchase a Special Treat for you and your Student! (pre-order only by 1/27)

Cookies and Cupcakes are available again this year for purchase by PRE-ORDER ONLY.  This is always a special treat for you to enjoy with your student during your classroom visit.  All items will be delivered to the student’s classroom, so be sure to specify the appropriate classroom when placing your order.  

 

Special Treat Options* include: 

  • Chocolate Chip Cookie - $3
  • Sugar Cookie - $3
  • Vanilla Cupcake w/ vanilla frosting - $3

* all items are nut-free, but made in a facility with nuts

 

Purchase Raffle Tickets to support a great cause… PLP! (pre-order by 1/27 OR at the event)

PTO is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win several great prizes and to support a great cause… your child’s school.  Raffle tickets are available for pre-order and at the door for the following Raffle Baskets.  Other raffle prizes will be available at the event.  

 

Raffle Basket Options include: 

  • Knights Baseball & Dinner - 4 Tickets to a baseball game & dinner - $10
  • Charlotte Hornets Basketball Game & Dinner – 2 Tickets to the game on April 5th, 2020 & dinner - $10
  • Davidson Night on the Town – Movie gift card to Our Town Cinemas and Dinner - $10
  • Melting Pot - $100 gift card to enjoy at the Melting Pot - $10
  • Wilter Blanco Photography – one hour family photo session (value $250) - $10
  • PLP Summer Camp: Wide World of Sports – full day camp (value $175) - $10

Capture the Memory with a Photo! (pre-order for a discounted price by 1/27 or purchase at the event for an additional fee)

Photos will be taken by PLP Upper School yearbook students to capture this event you’re your Lower School student(s).  This is a wonderful opportunity for our US students to use their skills while helping the PLP PTO raise funds for our school while also earning community service hours!  Due to time and space constraints, we will NOT be able to accommodate family pictures with students in different grades.  Pictures will be sent home two weeks after the event.  Pictures will be available via pre-order or at the event.  

 

Pre-Purchase Photo Options: 

  • Option A- 1-5x7 - $10
  • Option B- Digital copy only - $10
  • Option C- 1-5x7 and Digital copy - $15

 

Day of Event Purchase Photo Options: 

  • Option A- 1-5x7 - $15
  • Option B- Digital copy only - $15
  • Option C- 1-5x7 and Digital copy - $20
